2012 MWSC ENTRY FORM

MAY 17 - 20, 2012

Pre-registration will start Wednesday, February 1, 2012 for those who flew last year so that you may be able to get your same frequency. Pre-registration will end on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Open registration will start on Sunday, April 1, 2012 to everyone. Any registrations received after May 13, 2012 will be considered late. All late registrations will cost $25.

All events are limited to one plane per frequency except 2.4 GHz. *If you can be flexible on channel assignments, please let us know so that we can have as many participants as possible.

If you are planning to pay online through PayPal, please use the "Add to Cart" buttons on the right side. Once you are done with completing the entry form, please make sure that your entry form is correct then pay for your total registration amount by clicking the "VIEW CART" button. NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. All you need is a valid credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, etc. This is a two-part form and in order for us to get all the information correctly, you must fill out the form completely and then hit the "Submit Form" button at the bottom or "Reset" to start over then you can hit the "view cart" button to make your payment.

All events are $10 each except for the Warbird Race it is free.
